Nocturnal light by roadside, ascends and hovers. Follows car.
An object was observed from a car. One light was observed on a road for a few seconds. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
