College Student incident.
Animal reaction: wild animal on nearby hill wailed. Crescent or semi-disc shaped, like sting ray. Changed color red to dark blue as changed speed, direction. An object was observed. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One changing color crescent-shaped object, about 80 feet across, was observed by one male 15-year-old witness at a campsite for over four minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops. Vallee reliability rating: 243: Reliable source,secondhand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
