Project Blue Book "unidentified" case.
An unidentified object was sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. One object was observed by four witnesses for ten minutes (Barton). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 332: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
