In Mid- 1961 15:00 Rybinsk, Russia 
Missile battery fires upon enormous UFO at 60,000', surrounded by small satellite objects. Small UFOs swoop down, stall all electrical equipment at base, then rejoin large craft.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Many discs, about 300 feet across, were observed by several witnesses near a missile for over 25 minutes.
