Project Blue Book "unidentified" case. Had dome in center resembling gun turret, 800mph. Banked, went behind trees. Seen through binoculars.
A hovering flying disc was observed using optical instruments. One brown crescent-shaped object, about 80 feet across, was observed by one male 28-year-old witness for 18 seconds (Neva). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DO: Daylight Objects Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 342: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
