Lawyer incident.
Electromagnetic effects: engine and lights died, electric shock. Mushroom shaped object hovered 150 feet altitude, 15' diameter. Glowed red for eight minutes. A flying disc was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. Multiple independent witnesses. One red domed disc, about 20 feet across, around 100 feet away, was observed by more than three witnesses on a highway for eight minutes (Dongo; Portocarrero).
