Electromagnetic effects: engine stopped. Ovoid object wrapped in blue haze. two olive-skinned men, below average height, got out, asked questions about what time it was, who they were. Wore black pants with white belts. Explanation: Hoax.
Electromagnetic effects were noted. One blue ovoid object, larger than a star, was observed by three male military witnesses on the shore for a few minutes (Gwinn; Kehoe, R; Kincaid; Klein; Legrande; Peters). Two 5-foot-tall olive-skinned beings, each wearing black clothing, were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE4: The witness has been abducted.
