Radar/visual confirmation. An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. One light was observed by more than four military witnesses in a residential area for 20 minutes. Hynek rating: RV: Radar-Visual UFO reports Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 433: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
