Radio reception affected in area. Chauffer saw 6m sphere, vaguely seen at center of blinding light, "big bolide." Distance 400m, witness a very religious person.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Animal reactions to the object were reported. Multiple independent witnesses. One white sphere, about 20 feet across, around 1500 feet away, was observed by one experienced male witness on a highway (Rubinos Ramos, Gonzalo). A noise was heard.
