A disc passes over trees, emitting "smoke-producing trails". Two trees catch fire near east shore of Lago Maggiore.
Traces were found. One disc was observed by one witness at a lake for over one minute. It was also reported at Laveno. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
