Milk truck engine and headlights died. Driver got out to inspect, saw overhead a glowing, multi-colored UFO. It crossed road 90 degree turns. Headlights came back on, engine could be restarted when gone
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One multi-colored object was observed by one male 30-year-old witness on a road for over one minute (Jourdy). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO.
