Three young women saw two luminous globes at low altitude. Headlights and engine of car died. Watched maneuvers for 5 minutes. Dropped straight down toward Charente River valley. Car could restart.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Two white balls were observed by three female witnesses on a highway for five minutes (Juste). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO.
