Type 8.1 10 feet disc on ground. Small figure wore diving suit. When it turned toward him witness bicycled away. Looked back, saw entity enter machine, took off at high speed.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One luminous disc, about 10 feet across, was observed by one male 55-year-old witness on a road for two minutes (Girardo, A).
