Four ATCs and radar confirmation. Huge silent cigar at 4,000 feet altitude. Separate blips part and rejoin. Explanation: Aircraft.
An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. One cigar-shaped object was observed by four experienced male military witnesses at an airfield for ten minutes.
