Apt manager saw saucer shaped UFO, size of basketball, intense bluish light, est size 5 feet. Accelerated/decelerated very fast. Descend to 100, hovered, wobbled, 300 feet over apartment buildings, moved to the east.
A hovering object was observed. One blue disc, about 5 feet across, was observed in clear weather by one experienced male witness at an airport for 90 seconds (Brandt, Richard). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 332: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
