Mist. Luminous domed disc maneuvered low altitude,flew circles,buzzed low next to car, then low in front. Burning sensation on face and hands, passenger paralyzed, watch stopped, car paint phosphorized.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. Traces found. One yellow-orange domed disc, about 10 feet across, about forty feet away, was observed in clear weather by two experienced witnesses at a lake for two minutes (Trygve Jansen). A boom sound was heard.
