Cab driver saw two creatures 1.2m tall, wearing coveralls with wide black belts, metal collars, small black boxes on backs. Helmets under their arms. Spoke in Spanish with strange accent. Disc with stairs.
An object was seen that departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Traces found. One silver domed disc, about 40 feet across, was observed in rainy weather by one male 40-year-old witness in a city for 208 minutes (Villanueva, S). A humming sound was heard. Two 4-foot-tall nordic beings, each wearing a gray suit and belt, were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE4: The witness has been abducted.
