Webb Polaroid incident.
One mile north of Yuma fighter base, witness saw cloud resolve into silver disc. With polaroid glasses he could see rings, possibly a force field around the disc. With glasses off the rings disappeared. An object was observed using optical instruments. One silver disc was observed in clear weather by one experienced male witness at an airfield for over five minutes (Webb). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 422: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visited by persons familiar with the phenomena; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
