Rancher incident.
Rancher saw object spinning in clockwise direction, one red window. Went up and down. Witness signaled with car lights, object responded by stopping red window from facing witness. Similar craft arrived, An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One red object was observed by one male 38-year-old witness on a river. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
