Police and 5 independent witnesses report 15m diameter upside-down hat-shaped saucer with small fins, hovers few seconds, rapidly to the northeast.
A hovering object was observed. One domed disc, about 80 feet across, was observed by five witnesses in a city for over one minute (Ryan).
