Silent 200 feet white cigar at 3000 feet altitude. Flew at 50mph past hospital.
A cigar-shaped object was observed. One white cigar-shaped object, about 300 feet across, was observed by three witnesses at a hospital for over 25 minutes (Rice). No sound was heard.
