Several glowing "clock faces" cross sky at two minute intervals. Explanation: Reflection.
Unidentified objects were sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. Physiological effects were noted. Several discs were observed by several witnesses in a residential area for ten minutes.
