Five glowing red objects buzzed, circled plane for an hour off the coast. Explanation: Balloon.
Objects were observed. They buzzed a witness. Five red objects were observed by one witness on the ocean (Haefele). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
