EAL incident. Explanation: Aircraft.
Bright cigar, disappeared when interceptors approached. An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. Multiple independent witnesses. One luminous cigar-shaped object was observed in cloudy weather by over 20 male military witnesses, two of them experienced observors, at an airport for several hours (Brown; Fox; Gould, K; Hazen; Moon, J; Smith).
