27 January 1994 Night Kazakhstan 
Tajik Al B-747Sp incident.
Brilliantly luminous object with contrail maneuvered at 100,000 feet altitude. An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and aerobatic performance. One luminous light was observed by three witnesses. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
