Formation of 6-9 luminous white dots in triangular formation in northwest, moving very slowly. Steady radar blip coming in from sea, over aircraft factories. 5 people killed by AA fire, accidents.
Objects were tracked by radar and sighted visually. 15 white lights were observed by several thousand witnesses in a city for five hours (Angier; Blum). Hynek rating: RV: Radar-Visual UFO reports Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO.
