Mayor incident.
Cigar shape hovered at 30m, man appeared at lateral door, shouted in unknown language. Door closed, object accelerated out of sight. A hovering object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One cigar-shaped object was observed by several witnesses (as reported to the police) in a town. One humanoid was seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: FB3: A fly-by where entities are observed on board (rare).
