Four men were surprised as they heard voices coming from a "strange balloon" which flew over them. UFO fish-shaped, guided by a large fanlike device. 8-10 figures aboard. Unintelligible language. A dirigible balloon was seen, the crew was heard to laugh and shout and play music. They threw a flower and a cup at the ground. The object moved with a falling-leaf motion.The fish-shaped object was observed by four male witnesses in a desert. Possible or probable journalistic invention.
