Four men were surprised as they heard voices coming from a "strange balloon" which flew over them. UFO fish-shaped, guided by a large fanlike device. 8-10 figures aboard. Unintelligible language.
An object was observed. It moved with a falling-leaf motion. Occupants of the craft were seen. One fish-shaped object was observed by four male witnesses in a desert.
