Round silver UFO lifts car onto two wheels as it swoops over. Vehicle wouldn't start for 20-25 minutes. Still saw silver streak in sky when reached home.
Electromagnetic and gravity and physiological effects were noted. One silver disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by one female witness, an experienced observor, on a highway for 30 minutes (Burk). A whirling sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE5: CE4 which results in permanent psychological injuries or death. Vallee reliability rating: 332: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
