18m long cigar follows fence line in pasture. Made light whirring noise. Had lights on side. Traces found on ground.
An object was observed. Ground traces were found. One silver cigar-shaped object, about 80 feet across, was observed by two witnesses on a farm for over three minutes (Winn). A whirring sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
