Lights around rim of object, watched by two young boys several seconds, then ascended at 45 degree angle. No sound.
A hovering flying disc was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One disc was observed by two male witnesses in the suburbs for several minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NO: Nocturnal Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
