Fishermen incident.
Fishermen saw disc with transparent dome hover overhead, silhouettes of two inside occupants wearing bulky helmets on heads, working controls. UFO went out to sea. A hovering object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One domed disc was observed by a group of witnesses on the ocean for over one minute. Two silhouetted beings, each wearing a bulky helmet, were seen. Several anglers fishing right off the coast reported seeing a domed disc-shaped object approaching their location. The dome appeared transparent and luminous. Inside the transparent dome the observers saw two standing human-like figures, apparently looking out. The craft dived into the ocean and disappeared from sight.
