On clear and cloudless morning a giant flying saucer appeared over southwest part of city. Hovered for over 1 hour, had grayish-blue surface, but distinctly visible against blue sky.
A flying disc was observed and photographed. One gray disc, of huge size, was observed in clear weather by a male witness in a city for over an hour.

Vallee rating: FB2: FB1 accompanied by physical evidence.
