Secretary incident.
Missing time 15-20 minutes. Close encounter with domed top or triangular shaped object. Electromagnetic effect: lights and radio died as UFO circled car. Possible abduction. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Witness reported that a period of time could not be accounted for. One multi-colored dome-shaped object was observed by one female 26-year-old witness in a rural area for 30 minutes.
