Fog or smoke. Formation of flying discs moving slowly north. Pass between ship Hms Caroline and 6,000 feet mountain. Red colored, emitting brown smoke trails. Explanation: Re-entry.
Unidentified objects were sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. Physiological effects were noted. Several discs were observed by seven witnesses in a warship for two hours (Norcock).

Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky.
