Egg shaped object made 5 passes at house, 8 miles from George AFB. Pet dogs howling and running to get inside. EM: radio interference. Explanation: Psych.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One red ovoid object, about 150 feet across, was observed by two male witnesses in a yard for 18 seconds (Goodman). A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 223: Reliable source,secondhand; site visited by persons familiar with the phenomena; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
