In January 1959 18:00 Verona, Italy 
Travelling by train soldier saw metallic disc, 6m diameter, 200m away. Underside black, top bottle green. Red and azure lights. Portholes were slightly luminous. Felt great emotional security.
An object was observed. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One metallic domed disc, about 40 feet across, around 500 feet away, was observed by one male 23-year-old military witness on a railroad for over one minute (Valeri). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
