Oval shape swayed from side to side in front of moon. Changed from round to oval before dispersing. Likely a barium cloud dispersed into atmosphere, possibly by Russion spacecraft. Explanation: Cloud.
An unidentified but otherwise conventional object was sighted. One silver oval object was observed by several witnesses for 30 minutes (Coultas). No sound was heard.
