Four bright nocturnal lights circle at high altitude, make 90 degree turns and fast instant stops.
Unusual objects were sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. Four lights were observed by two witnesses. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
