Viewed through telescope. Nocturnal light brightens and dims four times/minute. Absolutely still, then shoots to the southeast to horizon in 30 seconds.
An unidentified object was sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. One light was observed by one witness in a residential area for seven minutes.
