Disc maneuvers over area for one hour. .25 mile away. Had green lights on edge.
A flying disc was observed. One disc was observed by three witnesses on a river for over 60 minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
