Red pulsating domed disc at treetop level, seen near small lake, power lines, had four colored lights at base of dome. two headlights from UFO shosn directly on pickup truck. Turned counter-clockwise, left to the east.
A hovering flying disc was observed from a car. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One red domed disc, about 20 feet across, about fifty feet away, was observed in clear weather by three male witnesses, typical age 30, in a rural area for 8.5 minutes. No sound was heard.
