Surveyors incident.
Humming UFO came straight at surveyors, passed directly overhead at 150'. Trailed a "wake" behind it like jet dumping fuel. Gravity effect on theodolite moved it west by 5 level gradations. An object was observed. Gravity effects were noted. One black arrow-shaped object, about 20 feet across, around 100 feet away, was observed by two experienced male witnesses at a military facility for over one minute. A humming sound was heard.
