An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. One light was observed by more than two witnesses in a city for 30 minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
