Cone, point up, rises from mountain peak, emits blue beams.
An object emitting a blue beam was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One cone-shaped object was observed at a mountain for two minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
