Two 3' tall entities with wrinkled faces, large ears, small eyes, wearing backpacks. UFO stopped car, one being floated down and entered car. Unintelligible language. Small domed disc hovered above car.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and gravity effects were noted. One transparent domed disc, about 10 feet across, about four feet away, was observed in clear weather by two male witnesses on a highway for over one minute (Begay; Soccie; Tossie). A noise was heard. Two 3-foot-tall goblin-like beings, each wearing a suit and backpack, were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
