AF Base electronics instructor encountered large fish-shaped UFO blocking highway. Human-like figure ran inside craft, which ascended rapidly. two truck drivers also observed. Not experimental aircraft.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One silver fish-shaped object, about 80 feet across, around 100 feet away, was observed in partly cloudy weather by three male witnesses, one of them an experienced observor, on a highway for a few seconds (Anderson; Laxton, Eddie). A drilling sound was heard. One 5.8-foot-tall humanoid, wearing a khaki coverall, was seen.
