Jogger saw two blinking bright lights coming directly at her; felt it was hunting her, ran inside building. Couple walking dog also saw, dog frightened.
An object was observed from a car. Animal reactions to the object were reported. Multiple independent witnesses. One metallic disc was observed by four female witnesses, typical age 18, at a school for a few seconds (Anderson, S). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
