Radio frequency interference. Woman and four children watch oval UFO, reddish white, approach car. Pulsating sound over car radio increased frequency when UFO close. UFO turned blue, chased car for several miles.
An object was observed from a car. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One changing color oval object was observed by five witnesses on a farm for over 18 minutes (Gillem). A pulsating sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
