Couple and four kids. 11-year-old daughter wakes mother, says "space ship outside", car-size black and silver disc, treetop level, goes, copter circles low afterwards
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One silver disc, about 20 feet across, around 100 feet away, was observed by six witnesses in a bedroom for over three minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
